Killer Instinct

Chockstone Pictures and DeFina Film Productions recently optioned Joseph Finder’s 2006 bestseller Killer Instinct. The novel follows a sales executive at a big electronic corporation who tries to find the moxie he needs to hang tough in the corporate world.Producing will be Chockstone’s Steve and Paula Mae Schwartz along with Barbara DeFina. “The book appealed to us on two levels: as a terrific thriller and also as a parody of the technology industry that is scary and funny at the same time,” stated Steve Schwartz. Steve and Paula Mae Schwartz most recently joined forces with Nick Wechsler to make The Road which comes to theaters Oct. 16th from Dimension Films.
